Utility Billing

For New Account Holders:  Previous Payment is $50 Activation Fee paid at Sign Up.

1/ Payment Arrangements are based on Eligibility, please call 478-414-4010   ~~~ online payment arrangements are not recognized! 

2/ Scheduling Payments:   Water Bills are due on the 15th, if not paid a $5 Late Fee is added.   If that balance is not paid by the 25th, a $35 Penalty is added and services will be cut off the following working day.
